Mike and Alex made me feel comfortable during the process. They called and texted when the said they would. They sent videos to illustrate the vehicles features since I was so far away. I didn’t have to sit in the dealership several painstaking hours haggling over the price. It’s a business so you understand dealerships want to make money,but you want to feel like you got a good product at a reasonable price. I left feeling it was a win for me and the dealership. All the paperwork was prepared prior to my commute to Michigan from Chicago, all I had to do was inspect and test drive the vehicle. After that I signed and was done. Preston walked me through my warranty information and consulted with the lender on my behalf regarding a question that arose. I left the dealership thoroughly pleased. They have a costumer for life!
