I bought a beautiful Prius from Brandon and he was very patient with my technically-challenged understanding of the screens and buttons and such that are part of the new paradigm in cars these days. It was patient with my technically-challenged understanding of the screens and buttons and such that are part of the new paradigm in cars these days. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and also the service department really knows how to detail a spanking brand car-perfectly! More
I purchased a 2007 Honda S2000 from shamburg auto sales and the price of the car was great which is why i purchased the vehicle and plus no other dealership approved me for a loan except for them. Here i and the price of the car was great which is why i purchased the vehicle and plus no other dealership approved me for a loan except for them. Here i am thinking i got a great deal in the end it ended up being the worst transaction ever. It took me 3 weeks to receive my car and when i received it it wasnt even drivable. They lost the check i sent them of a lot of money for my down payment and made me send them another one which was very unprofessional. They swore up and down that the car ran perfectly fine and that there were no mechanical problems. The starter was no good at all and they left me with no oil and a check engine light as the car doesnt go over 40 mph i had to take it to the honda dealer to see what was wrong with it and i am currently waiting to hear back from them. Worst car dealership by far and they give business a bad name they all lie to you and tell you they are going to call you back and they never do. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with these people. NOONE SHOULD PURCHASE FROM THEM More

Shamburg n recommend shamburg to anyone. I have spent more on repairs than what i paid for the vehicle. Whats so bad my vehcile has only 92000 on it. Shamburg needs to check their vehciles out better before they put them on the lot to sell. More
People here are extremely helpful. I was difficult to deal with because I want the best deal out there and they did it. Your dealership is one in a million. You know the proverbial used car dealer? Nothing like that here. Just a friendly handshake, a smile and relaxed conversation. You like it you buy it, you don't like no problem, no pressure. John is the that here. Just a friendly handshake, a smile and relaxed conversation. You like it you buy it, you don't like no problem, no pressure. John is the friendliest car dealer I've ever met and regrettably I have met a few. More
Shamburg sold me a car that was listed on ebay. They instructed me to pay for the car by wiring them the money and did not mention that I could pay through ebay. I was not aware that this was against e instructed me to pay for the car by wiring them the money and did not mention that I could pay through ebay. I was not aware that this was against ebay policy. This makes it impossible to leave feedback, which explains how they have all positive feedback. Once the listing has been pulled, there is no opportunity to leave feedback. It also leaves the customer no recourse when they have been cheated as I have been. Ebay would have quickly refunded my money if Shamburg had not had me do it this way. Their listing boasted that their mechanic had carefully gone over this car and found nothing wrong with it. Either this is false, or their mechanic is incompetent, or blind. A botched job had been done to replace the timing chain. Parts were broken and the engine was put back together with ZIP STRIPS. When my friend picked up the car in North Carolina to bring it to me in Missouri, the car broke down. He crippled it in to the closest Honda dealer who discovered the damage. Brandon, at Shamburg was told in no uncertain terms that the only way to repair it was to overhaul the engine. The sloppy work that was done caused irreparable damage to the harmonic balancer and crank shaft. The crank shaft is notched and the harmonic balancer wobbles. Brandon, at Shamburg would only pay for a "bandaid" fix which will not really repair the damage. The harmonic balancer still wobbles and will end up flying off and doing a great deal of damage to the engine and the car. Brandon, at Shamburg has this in writing. He refuses to take the car back and refund my money. His excuse is that the title has already been issued to me. If this were true, no one would ever be able to by a used car because the title cannot be changed. I could easily sign the title back over to them. He claims this work was done before it came to them. Then why isn't it listed on car fax or on the car history? And why didn't their "mechanic" discover it. A beginning apprentice mechanic could not have missed it. Besides that, since he is acknowledging the damage to me, what difference does it make who did it? It's done and they've knowingly sold me a lemon and refuse to do the right thing. I don't have a functioning, dependable car and they've got my money. It took me yrs. to save that money. I can't even get the car because it can't be driven across the country. After all this happened, of course my friend doesn't want to take the risk of driving it either. I do not know whether or not the salesman, Charlie was aware of any of this. But I sure do know that Brandon was, and it was he who made the decision not to refund my money and stick me with this lemon. More
