I will return I couldn’t get a service appt in the next 3 weeks at my regular VW dealer so called Suntrup which is a little farther away. He made us feel comfortable explained everything in detail. I think I’ll be switching to Suntrup for all my service. It’s worth it to drive the extra miles. More

VW Service I had my 2018 Volkswagen Beetle serviced on Jan 31. The weather was horrible, icy road conditions were awful. I arrived about 15 minutes late and was worried that this would cause a problem with my appointment and the appointment of others. I drove 2 hours for my appointment and really would have not wanted to have to reschedule. The service department reassured my, got my car in and completed in no time. More
