I dropped off my car the night before for a simple oil change and inspection. There was a recall on my car I was told over the phone. At 12:15pm, the next day I called to see if the car was ready left a change and inspection. There was a recall on my car I was told over the phone. At 12:15pm, the next day I called to see if the car was ready left a voice mail. At 5pm I called and was told no one knew anything, and this was a call center phone number. We drove to the service center, arrived at 5:45pm only to find out my car was ready for pick up........... (note: this was a Friday night) My car smelled terrible of gas inside and was dirty. We took it to Auto Spa to have my 2022 car cleaned inside and out. We still don't understand why no one bothered to call/text about our car being ready for pick up.............. Service after the sale is very important to me and my family. Please, make improvements, you are better than this kind of service. More
