Overall I had a rather pleasant experience with Suntrup Nissan. There was however, a gap in communication somewhere along the line and my check that they were suppose to hold for 10 days did not get held; Nissan. There was however, a gap in communication somewhere along the line and my check that they were suppose to hold for 10 days did not get held; so when they cashed it, my account was overdrawn for a day. They quickly resolved the issue however, refunded my fees, and are providing a free detail for our vehicle. So, I rated everything as a 5 except the overall experience, which, even though they did make up for there mistake and made it right, the issue did still occur was a big problem for my family and me that day. When we came back two days later, Anthony spent 30 minutes going over the car's features we had forgotten since our first drive (now I don't HAVE TO read the manual!!), and set up our bluetooth phone in the car. The finance manager Tim was clear about all of the variables on not just financing but extended warranties. These are not for everyone but the information was factual not not pressured Lastly, Anthoony set up a 90-day free inspection and review with the service department just to make sure there is not any lemon in the car and I know and understand the features The dealership is clean, the coffee is fresh, the staff educated and eager. I walked in not exactly ready to buy a new car that day but I couldn't pass up on the opportunity that Sef had provided for me. First, we did not have to wait long for him to come out and meet us in the mi but I couldn't pass up on the opportunity that Sef had provided for me. First, we did not have to wait long for him to come out and meet us in the middle of the lot. After discussing what I was looking for, he spent the time looking for want I wanted and we traveled all over the lot looking at the different cars that they had in my price range. After settling on THE CAR we negotiated my trade in the the final selling price which wasn't a hassle at all. The final price was MORE THAN FAIR. Since I have bought my car I have had ZERO problems with it. I have been back to the service department for regular sevicing and everyone there has been a pleasure to deal with. I have even stopped in to see Sef every time I go back just to say hi. He remembers me every time. I can't say that I remember anyone else I ever bought a car from. I would do business wih him again in a heartbeat. The previous vehicle that I owned was just headache and I had to move on to the new vehicle that would reduce my daily stress of wondering when it was going to break down again. With the purchase I made from Sef and Suntrup Nissan all that stress has gone away. Thank you!! More
