Over the years, I’ve leased two VW Touaregs from the same salesguy at Suntrup. And after the beating of driving all around town looking at other cars at other dealerships, I ended up coming back to Brian who salesguy at Suntrup. I couldn’t find a car I liked any better and I definitely couldn’t find anyone who made things as easy for me as Brian and his team. Unfortunately, I tend to overthink decisions, but something about his straightforward, no-BS mannner really helps. He’s gone far out of his way to help me in other ways too. When I leased the second car, Brian personally delivered it to me quite a distance away. And when I bought the Touareg at the end of the lease, he somehow managed to get me really good financing--even though my credit had slipped quite a bit because I’m self employed and the economy has hit me pretty hard. Anyway, I can’t recommend Brian Fiddleman highly enough. He’s not a slick talker, but he’s a very good guy, has a ton of experience and can make getting a square deal almost painless. More
Anthony Shaw was our salesman when we decided to purchase our 2011 Tiguan. We had never looked at Volkswagon's before so we had plenty of questions for him. He was able to answer all our questions and after several visits to the dealership we decided to purchase the vehicle but the color and model we wanted wasn't available at that dealership. Anthony took the time needed to locate the vehicle and was able to get it to the dealership relatively fast. He actually took the time and drove down and picked up the vehicle himself for us - - what dedication and service!! During our vehicle pick up Anthony took the time needed to go over all the features again and has since then called a few times to check on things and see if we had any additional questions. We have given the dealership a high rating because Anthony deserves alot of extra credit because he has went the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. My Pathfinder was issued a recall notice and I was rather expecting a bad experience since I did not purchase the vehicle from Sntrup, but the experience turned out to be fabulous. David went the extra mile and explained that another recall was issued and the item was already repaired. He even suggested that I switch my from license holder to Suntrup for a free car wash each time I brough the vehicle in. What personal service! Though I mentioned to him that the Philles were in line on the licen plate holder. He even made a personal comment about my rear plate holder and the college that I attended. Usual service experiences are rather "awful", but David F. Riemer is far exceeding the customer skills to those visiting Suntrup and his approach was geniune and friendly. My new truck purchase was completed quickly, with no pressure or games. I also like the fact that the service department is open till midnight. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Suntrup Nissan. The staff there made me feel welcomed and I didn't experience any pushy salesperson down my back. We told the salesman the price we were willing to pay and after consulting with his manager, he returned and said the price was acceptable. I have not ever had this happen when purchasing a new car. I had the opportunity to deal with David Riemer on 8/25/10 regarding an issue with my car. This is not the first time I have dealt with David as I specifically asked for him to help me. I have always been extremely impressed with David's Customer Service, Friendliness and in taking the time to explain what was wrong with my car and how to deal with another situation which I did not understand. David is the epitome of "Excellent Customer Service" beyond the norm. As I said earlier, he is the "Consumate Professional". Suntrup should make it a point to reward this type of service as it is the main reason I will always continue to have my service done at Suntrup. More

Once in awhile you get a surprise in life and that happened to me at Suntrup in St louis. I knew I wanted to get the new Jetta TDI but heard they were asking over sticker because of their demand. I appreciated this as I know how economics works, but still did not want to pay that. Call it principal. Anyway, from the time I arrived at the dealer with a friendly "welcome to Suntrup" to when I pulled away in my new Jetta TDI that I got for just a few hundred over cost, I was soooo surprised at how easy to deal with these guys were. If you want a pleasant surprise..try out the guys at Suntrup VW. I dealt with Brian Fiddlemann. More
