Terry Grider was the salesman for our vehicle purchase. Typically buying a vehicle is a necessary evil but dealing with Terry was the opposite. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. I dont expect a salesperson to know everything but resources are important and he had or researched for answers to all of our questions. The paperwork following the sale was quick and effiecient. As is with most people we were on a time schedule and when he said he would meet our time frame he did. Terry was quite personable and not overly invasive as is with some sales professionals. I was interested in three different models, not knowing what I really wanted. I've bought from Suntrup before and really liked the way they do business. JD let me test drive the models, explained the differences and options available on each. I really like his no pressure approach. He let ME decide what I wanted and just help by explaining differences,options, and price points. It was a non stressful car purchase. Very unlike many you experience at other dealers, there was no pressure to buy something I didn't want or need on a car. When it came down to negotiations, JD made it very easy again, it was another non stressful, no pressure approach. After the price was agreed upon, different financing options were discussed, and again, it was totally up to me on length of term and what fit me best with no pressure. I like doing business with JD. Other dealers attack you as soon as you step foot on the lot. Instead of the salesman choosing me, I will choose my salesman from now on and ask for JD. I love my new Volkswagon and working with JD made it one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had.
