We walked in at 7pm to try to find an orange Sentra and drove out at 9:00’with the car we wanted. It had to be washed & cleaned and that was done while we completed the paperwork. I guess I was a little confused on all of the add-ons on top of the sales price. I remember seeing a flyer on the salesman‘s desk about the cost of the warranty. But, I remember when it was time to sign the papers I had three presented toward me. I thought I had chosen the right one and I guess I did not. I would’ve liked to have more time to figure out what the total cost of the vehicle was. I guess I was a little shell shocked Buying a car and having a payment because I have not had a car payment in a long time. To be honest, I was looking for a copy of all of the extras. I added on, and I did not find it in my packet. All of what is included in it. I’m not sure all of the windshield And camera protection was added. Or if I chose the wrong one. Or, if I chose it if it was even done. Because I drove away with it very quickly. More

I purchased my 2013 Frontier new from Suntrup Nissan. I've taken it there for all service and maintenance. It has not always been the best experience. Before the dealership was remodeled the service c I've taken it there for all service and maintenance. It has not always been the best experience. Before the dealership was remodeled the service check-in area was tiny. Some times I had to wait outside several minutes. On one occasion the service people inside didn't even see me waiting to get in. There is not sufficient parking space even after the remodel. I once needed the side mirror on my vehicle replaced. The wrong part was ordered causing a couple days delay and a return trip to the dealership for the repair work to be done. Once had to retrieve my vehicle myself from the rear over crowed storage lot because the valet didn't know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. Today was the breaking point and I vowed I will never go to Suntrup Nissan again. I tried calling Suntrup to schedule a repair. I need to talk to a service manager because the repair required ordering specific parts. After being on their automated answering service for several minutes I chose the call back option. About 20 minutes later got the call back. I was obviously a call center person located who knows where. The person I spoke with could do nothing but read back from a script. I asked the person to connect me with a service manger. I was on hold a minute or so then the person informed that all service managers were busy but they could forward a message to to them. I said great, will they call back later today. The person said I don't know, I can't tell you when they will call you. That was enough. I will never do business with Suntrup again. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. More
