They were upfront about some issues/concerns about the used car that brought me to them. Then Katherine promised to keep an eye on the daily report of trade-ins to help find me something in my budget. Wit used car that brought me to them. Within the week, she sent me a video of a used car, new to them, before it went through the SunTrup 120 point inspection. I bought the car that afternoon!
