Moe was very easy to work with and made the sales process very easy. He listened to concerns and answered questions all the way up until finance. As far as suntrup, I think the communication with service departments and scheduling any sort of appointment is a bit rough. I showed up yesterday after being told to drop my car off by 5 pm, and no one knew why I was there. The dealers are great, but the communication between departments sometimes seems a bit out of touch. Overall I loved my second experience with suntrup much more than my first and I look forward to my cars services and upcoming experiences. More

BUYER BEWARE! !!!!!!!!!!! I put a $1k deposit on a used trade-in vehicle that I test drove. I pointed out that the AC system would need to be repaired before purch !!!!!!!!!!! I put a $1k deposit on a used trade-in vehicle that I test drove. I pointed out that the AC system would need to be repaired before purchasing and I was assured by the salesman Dzenis that this was no big deal and would be an easy repair. After further inspection by the dealership, I was informed 4 days after making my deposit that the price of this used vehicle was increased by $1500 to cover the additional repairs that were overlooked during the trade-in inspection. I was told by the sales manager Rod that this vehicle would be wholesaled if I didn't want to pay the additional $1500 for repairs. This vehicle is still listed for sale on their website but the list price is now $1500 more than the original list price. This was my first experience with Suntrup and definitely my last. My intention is to warn as many other local car buyers of their shady business practice. And it looks like I am not the only one after reading so many other negative reviews posted recently. More

While at the dealership the sales environment was great. However, my sales person was not. There were conversations had that weren’t added as part of the purchase agreement. First the car was listed at a lower price the day of sale than what I was charged and the sales agent said there was no way to honor that price. Secondly, I asked to wrap sales tax into the price of the loan similar to the pre-qualification I received before contacting the dealership and that was not upheld either. I was told that conversation was never had. I then called the dealership about it and was told my two option were to give the car back or pay the sales tax out of pocket. More
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a dead person. The purchasing process was regular nothing special. I purchased a vehicle back in march of 2024, sadly it was totaled out a few months later but I The purchasing process was regular nothing special. I purchased a vehicle back in march of 2024, sadly it was totaled out a few months later but I purchased gap insurance and warranties through them. Great right? NOOOOOOO!!! These people have taken well over a month to help me get what paperwork I needed to get the lender paid on from the gap portion and STILL after calling, emailing, and making 2 trips out of my way to just get some answers I don't have the warranty portion paid costing me hundreds of dollars on still having to pay my previous car note along with getting threatened that my new car loan may be revoked for not having full payment on the last one. If I could give them a negative star rating I would! More
