On the other side of the family tree, Don’s children, Butch and Craig, are proud partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia South, Suntrup Hyundai in South County, and BMW of West St. Louis. As Craig Suntrup reflects, "We all started early in the business, around age 12, doing the grunt work—washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting walls."

Suntrup Kia was our first stop of the morning, with 2 other dealers on our list. My husband and I went into Kia Suntrup to "look" at a new car. We were greeted by members of the Suntrup team right away. Don Grider was the first to step into action. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable in helping us get to the model of Kia Soul were wanted to look at. Within about 20 minutes we were test driving two models of the Kia Soul. There was absolutely NO pressure. After the test drive of the two models of the Kia Soul, we never left. We were the proud owners of a Kia Soul in no time at all. Everyone mentally prepares themselves to get their "game faces" before entering a car dealership, at Kia Suntup, you can leave your "game face" at home. I will definitely recommend Kia Suntrup, Don Grider and the rest of the Kia Suntrup Team, as this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE WHEN BUYING A NEW CAR my husband and I have every had! Thank you Don! More

I actually enjoyed this experience. It is the secod time I have used Suntrup on Lemay Ferry Road. I have been completely satisfied with their service 10 years ago and even better now in 2010.
