My husband and I shopped in Colorado for a KIA Soul. We were frustrated with our experience there and going back and forth with the sales person. We told him what we could pay and he countered back with an offer for a few hundred dollars more. When we showed up at the dealership, he had the car ready, the paperwork ready, and he stuck to his price. We were amazed and will be back again when we are ready to replace our Sedona. Chris and the finance manager were helpful, polite, and efficient. The only problem we encountered was that the computer system had been infected with a virus, so the finance papers took a little longer than normal. It was a minimal inconvience compared to most of our past experiences buying a car. More

Suntrup Kia had the car and the price we wanted and they made the purchase without any hassles. We live in Minnesota and flew into St. Louis in the morning and were picked up at the airport by Chris. Don is only nice until the sale is either closed or he figures out you are not buying. I did not appreciate such a turn around. Purchase price was much lower than I had expected for the quality of vehicle selected. Also visited the parts department to purchase spare keys. The employees there were both friendly and went out of their way to explain how the new laser cut chiped keys work and why they make the vehicle one of the steal-proof cars on the road. They answered all my questions also and called me shortly after I left with additional information which was unexpected. Overall the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I am recommending Suntrup Kia to all my friends and family. More

When we said we wanted to look other places he was still very nice and helpful and told us to let him know if he could be of further help.Went to the Hyundai dealer-waited. A sales person asked if we had been helped said he would send someone out. Waited-a man came out-told us of his thumb which had been run over and than said he'd been with this dealership for three weeks.Asked if we were looking for new or used, told us to look around lot to see if we liked anything. He let us drive and Elantra, when we came back he rushed over and said he had someone else who wanted to drive the car. We had asked to also drive a Sonata. We waited and waited-never saw him again-we left. Patrick e-mailed us to see if we had made any decision and said to let him know if we had any more questions. Any way, we went back to Kia-were taken care of by Patrick and Don-they were both so very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More
