We bought a new 06 Azera from this dealership. Love the car but have had nothing but major problems. The mechanics can diagnose one problem today & you can take the vehicle back tomorrow & get another dia car but have had nothing but major problems. I explained to James that the tow company sent my car to the wrong dealership. Immediately, after I finished James got a loaner car prepared, told me to give him the number of the tow co. and he would take care of the situation. I was able to get to work on time and reliable transportation due to his willingness to help a customer. I am a new customer at this dealership. James made me feel valued and welcomed. Thanks James!
