Fantastic customer service We were out of town in Tennessee when we needed to have our 2013 Hyundai Tucson repaired. There was a recall in which the Hyundai dealer let us know t We were out of town in Tennessee when we needed to have our 2013 Hyundai Tucson repaired. There was a recall in which the Hyundai dealer let us know that they would cover all the parts and labor. That was great news. But we had to rent a car to get home and thought we would have to drive all the way back from St. Louis to Tennessee to pick it up when it was ready. I called the Hyundai dealer where I bought my car to find out about having it shipped back. I left a message and it was returned very quickly by Ashley. She listened while I gave her all the details of the incident. Then she repeated everything back to make sure she understood completely before checking into it. She was going to check with her boss. She followed up on this request and let me know that the Hyundai dealer in Tennessee would have our car shipped to our house at no cost to us. From my understanding the recall takes care of having the car towed to the nearest Hyundai dealer. She worked on our behalf to explain that we were on vacation several states away and even though it was towed to the nearest Hyundai dealer from the breakdown, it was still 8 hours away from us. So they are going to ship it to us in St. Louis. Everyone at both Hyundai dealers have been very helpful and friendly. My next car will definitely be a Hyundai! Thank you Askley! More
