Although it can be a hassle bringing a car in for a recall, John the service rep made the experience bearable; he was personable, professional, and very communicative to include explaining how the reca recall, John the service rep made the experience bearable; he was personable, professional, and very communicative to include explaining how the recall repair will be conducted. The dealership also provided a loaner car to run errands while the car was undergoing the recall repair, repair was completed by the estimated time, and my car was even returned back to me with a fresh wash. This is only my second time coming to this dealership for routine maintenance and now recall, but both times have been excellent! Great customer service! More

What impressed me the most is that while it was being serviced, Tim gave me a call to make sure I wanted my tires replaced because the old ones still had tread on them. Many places will just sneak extra fees in for things you don't need. Not here. I did still want them replaced, but he wanted to make sure that was the case before I spent more money. That, and making sure I knew the progress on my car even late into the evening was great. The pricing is fair, and they deserve it for their hard work. More
