Your service department is great they always go above and beyond. Craig was my service advisor and he made sure one of my questions/request was taken care of and promised he would get back to me and he did beyond. Veronica was polite and nice. When I told her that I had the maintenance package and last time I came in the advisor told me that my oil change would be free; she went and checked and it was. The intake young lady (Sorry but I forgot her name) was very helpful. She laid out on a large screen the service that was to be perform. The tech, NT, checked the wipers, and something new, showed a video of checking the wipers. The wipers were still serviceable. He also showed the engine compartment indicating the service done.
