When I started looking for a vehicle I wasn't set on a particular one. I did my internet research, test drove ten different vehicles, models and options, and a month later, I knew exactly what I want and particular one. Edo was helpful with information on my options, making himself available to after-visit questions, and staying on the top of nav maps upgrade after the sale. I am happy with both my Santa Fe and with the price I paid. Yet, most outstanding was the respect Edo showed in interactions with me. I visited many dealerships and I saw a lot: lies, my trade-in car key held back, condescendence, lack of car knowledge, one dealer even tracked me through internet (creepy). Edo gave me info on vehicles, but never pushed one on me; he showed the same professionalism on the forth as on my first visit. More

I had been looking at new cars for about 6 weeks. On 9/16/11 I stopped in Nissan first to look at a Zuke and was told they were closed, even with several folks still in the showroom. It was getting late on a Saturday eve., but Tony not only took the time to answer my questions, he let me test drive 2 additional cars, one of which I drove home in. The whole experience was the most painless I've had with a new car purchase. All the employees seemed helpful and spoke to me and welcomed me to the Hyundai family. I went to Suntrup to purchase a new vehicle after doing some research on line. I was contacted with in a few minutes of filling out a request online and talked to Tony he answered the questions I had and m some research on line.
