This was my first time shopping at Suntrup Hyundai. From the beginning of the shopping trip it was clear I was not another customer. The fact that I was made to feel comfortable while at the dealership made the car buying process seem more comfortable. Each person I have interacted with, from the sales department to the maintence department, since buying my car has been wonderful and always ready to greet me with a smile. I used the pricing tool from Consumer Reports before I went to the dealer to purchase a new Sonata. Great service, NOT high pressure , listened to what I wanted and did no tinsist on selling me anything I did'nt want. Very competitive with pricing. This was a very painless transaction. My wife and I came in around 3:30 and were out the door with a brand new pre-owned vehicle in less than 2 hours. The vehicle we drove home was a '07 Camry, which wasn't in around 3:30 and were out the door with a brand new pre-owned vehicle in less than 2 hours. The vehicle we drove home was a '07 Camry, which wasn't even on the radar of cars we were looking at because of the price. They worked with us on the price and financing so we could walk out the door with a great car and still be within our original budget. We had been to other pre-owned dealers, which were completely unorganized and not too inviting. The day we came to Suntrup the weather was quite miserable. Jake quickly invited us in, and brought us to his desk to set up a search of cars with in our budget. Granted our budget was low, but Jake found us a couple of cars to test drive and it was smooth sailing from there. We bought a new 06 Azera from this dealership. Love the car but have had nothing but major problems. The mechanics can diagnose one problem today & you can take the vehicle back tomorrow & get another dia car but have had nothing but major problems. I visited with Jake to determine what kind of car I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgable as well as personable, unlike several other salesmen I've dealt with (at different dealerships).
