We were introduced to Mersed, the dealership manager and felt very welcome in his home. Jake, the financing manager took us swiftly through what is normally a very timely process and we left with a new car feeling confident with our purchase. Tony Schumann kept in touch either by a phone call or email over the week time span that I was considering price and accessories for my new vehicle. He answered all my questions, very knowledgable and also deligent. My second contact was with Fred McClary when I entered the showroom of the Hyundai Dealership. He also was also very informative. Drove myself and my father around the lot to look at other colors for the Hyundai Santa Fe's. I certainly would say he also was very deligent. At the time of the negotiations, Fred McClary was respectable and never pressured me to make a purchase. He went above and beyond to make the deal happen and I am now a proud owner of my first Hyundai Santa Fe. I have only been one for a week but I can say that I certainly will give the names of the two salesmen that provided me with great service to everybody that are interested. More
When it comes to customer service as a woman buying a car on my own, I was treated with great respect. I feel like Fred and Tony went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. Since the dealership did not have the exact car color that I wanted on the lot, they ordered me a brand new limited santa fe in silver with grey interior. Bought a used Dodge Neon for my daughter, had an issue right away. While trying to resolve it, Tommy was rude and sarcastic, and even HUNG UP on me at one point. The salesman was new but was very nice and willing to work a deal. I signed off on one deal but when I went to close, the deal I signed was no where to be found. Despite the changes I might still have worked the deal further until Texa, from the back office, stepped in. She was rude and unprofessional in both appearance and in demeanor. Instead of admitting the deal changed, she spoke despairingly about my trade and told me I wouldn't get a better deal any where else. For point of reference I should say that I'd purchased from this dealer In September 2009 and found the process pleasant and professional. Since then I'd purchased 3 Kia's from Suntrup Kia and had nothing but praise for that dealership and their professionalism. But I will never and I can not stress this enough NEVER! Return to Suntrup Hyundai. Since this incident, I've made it a point to tell everyone I've encountered this story. And by the way, I was able to trade my car in, get the deal I wanted and still get lower payments for the same 60 months I would have financed the car through Suntrup. It's sad that one, clearly power hungry, negative employee can ruin an otherwise perfectly good experience. But in this case the employee was so bad that I hope no one ever makes the mistake of working with her on another deal. More
Dave Bible and Gary Curtright from service were incredible. They did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of after a break down on a BRAND NEW HYUNDAI... even stayed later than servi incredible. Dave could tell I was over heated, after being stranded for an hour in 106 degree weather, and got me inside and a cold water. They even had my car cleaned for me. I couldn't thank God enough for such amazing people and all around awesome service. I would reccomend this Dealership over all I've ever come across. I can't say how greatful I am for such incredible people and service. Thank you Dave and Gary. More

What great service I received bringing my little accent in for 30,000 mile check up & new tires. David Bible was so nice, accommodating and caring. He listened to my concerns, gave thoughtful recommendations, put me in a very nice rental, he made me feel fancy and special and the work was completed before expected. I know that when I go the Suntrup Hyundai that I am going to be well taken care of and they do not take advantage of me...refreshing.
