Tommy was working on a Sunday afternoon when I stopped by to window shop before I went in to the dealership to talk with anyone. Tommy asked me what I was looking for, the price I was comfortable paying, and why I was looking for a car. He wasn't pushy, did not demean me for being new to buying a car, nor did he make me feel cheated after the sale was final. Tommy beat the price of another quote I received from a different dealership and worked with me on incentives I'd brought with me from my insurance company. I felt completely welcomed, comfortable, and I would recommend the dealership anyone.
