Jason contacted me after I was approved for a loan through Road Loans with a 19% interest rate. He told me he could do better than that. I was very doubtful since I had already been denied at other dealerships. I went and talked to him anyway thinking it wasn't going to happen. I was surprised when he came back and said we got you approved and at 8%!! WHAT??? Not only did he get me a way better interest rate but he also got me into a car I was trying to get at other dealerships but was being denied. He was one of the most polite and cooperative salesmen I have ever dealt with. I came in with a few "demands" and he made it happen. Jason never once put any pressure on me to do anything I didn't want to do. Oh and he was even off that day and stayed after close of business to get me taken care of and into my new car!! In my opinion he is hands down THE BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. I will definitely go back to him for my next car purchase!! He says he can make it happen and he did!! More

Tyler, Scott, and Travis were outstanding. Tyler introduced me to the Azero, and I was hooked. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Tyler spent so much time with me. My daughter lives in St Louis, and I live in Pittsburgh. I knew that I would be visitng her and that we needed to find her a reliable vehicle quickly. We had a few in mind that we wanted to look at - I "googled" Hyundai and Suntrup's dealership came up near her zip code. I had inquired online about a vehicle, and within an hour or so, Tony called me. I explained the situation, and the fact that due to my travel and my daughters work schedule - that we literally had one day to find her a car while I was there. Needless to say, Tony knew our price range and had an idea of the type of vehicle that we were interested in looking at - and he did not let us down. The very first vehicle that he showed us (after coming into work to meet with us on his day off~) was perfect. The entire process was painless and easy - and it was a bonus that Tony happens to be a Steeler fan! :) I must give a shout out to the finance person as well (even though I just can't remember his name right now) - while we were doing the paper work, my daughter was telling him about how she is involved with AmeriCorps STL warming shelter for the homeless. It just so happened, that the night we were there, it was going to be under 20 degress so it was going to open for the first time this winter, and he expressed genuine interest in the outreach and his willingness to volunteer. Although it was short notice and he was unable to make it that evening, the next night, while we were sitting in my daughters apartment, her phone rang and it was him, asking if he could volunteer that eveining if the warming shelter was going to be open. I was really impressed with both Tony and the finance gentleman (I guarentee, as soon as I hit "SEND" on this review, I will remember his name, but for now, I apologize~). The dealership really is about service, not only to the customner but the community as well. If I lived in STL, I would totally buy my next vehicle from them! I can't express how grateful I am for Tony to find a reliable, beautiful, perfect car for my daughter! More
Although I did not want to buy a new car, my old car was in need of serious repair. I could have spent the money to repair the car but family and friends suggested I buy a new car. I had already visited a dealer who was not able to convince me to make the plunge into buying a new car. Tony called and convinced me to give him a chance. I came to the dealer and Tony did not let me leave until we exhausted all options to get the car I wanted. I was already approved for a loan though another company. Tony convinced me to apply for financing. I was actually able to get a much better deal at a lower APR. The experience was wonderful. Coffee. A chance to drive a couple of cars, including a luxury car. I have never had a such a wonderful experience when buying anything. More
Over the summer, my wife and I went car shopping on a Sunday afternoon, to avoid the salesmen, and when we pulled onto the Suntrup Hyundai lot, we found several other shoppers, however, one man was walki Sunday afternoon, to avoid the salesmen, and when we pulled onto the Suntrup Hyundai lot, we found several other shoppers, however, one man was walking out of the showroom with keys in his hand. He handed the keys to another couple and they drove off in a vehicle. This man, Tommy Daher, approached us and asked what we wanted to test drive. I asked him if the dealership was open and he said, No, but he works a lot of Sunday's to help as many customers as he can. We asked to test drive a new Elantra and Tommy pointed to a demo and said have fun and he started to walk away. I asked if I needed to sign anything or leave a copy of my driver's license and he said, No, the keys are in the car and he would see us soon. We bought the car. When we returned the next day to pick up the car, Tommy informed us the car had been sold the day before but it had not been listed as such. No problem, Tommy found us another car with a few more bells and whistles and we got it for the same lower price as the first car. Tommy was great; funny, friendly, and no sales pressure. He told us the car will sell itself, he's just does the paperwork. Tommy was right. Several months later, my son's car was burning oil in quarts so my wife and I again went car shopping on a Sunday. After walking several other lots which were closed, we looked at each other and said, do you think Tommy's working at Suntrup? When we pulled on the lot, the door was open and there was Tommy sitting at his desk. He even remembered our names. After test driving a used 2012 Sonata, Tommy got the price down to my requested range and I bought it. Tommy was once again great to work with and the dealership put on four brand new tires to sweeten the deal. I have another car approaching its last gasp....I guess I'll head straight to Suntrup and Tommy Daher. More
