Walked out, wasted time I received a very good estimate price from through TrueCar that they couldn't come close to. It seems as though they use the TrueCar pricing to get people into the door; sort of like 'buy two cars for the price of one'. With the price that they offered it would of been below their cost. Even after I was willing to accept a price almost 2% higher they still couldn't produce nor did they want to offer me the low APR. Ken seemed uncomfortable with having to go back and forth from the desk that we were using to the 'back rooms' where the manager and finance officer were; it seemed that they put him in a very awkward situation with having to tell us stories and excuses. What really seemed unprofessional and 'stupid' was for Ken to give my wife and I to sign a Buyers Order without any of the prices filled in. He took that form back and forth to the back room to get filled and revised and messed up. We'd agree upon a price but they would balk with an excuse. I eventually walked(stormed) out of the door after tearing up that form. Their word is not credible and this was a very Sleazy experience. Later that evening I received a phone call apology and an offer to complete the deal. I agreed and scheduled an appoint for a few hours later. I got a call back shortly thereafter stating that they couldn't go through with it. I'd like to think that I did my research and handled everything properly with the exception of one thing. I should of contacted the TrueCar contact that I was given; maybe things would of went differently. She wasn't at that location when I visited. Two days later I made an appoint to visit another local Hyundai DEAlership; what a marked difference. I've had a couple of great experiences at dealerships in the past and this was the best. They DEmoNstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service. Needless to say I purchased there. More

Best Visit Yet I had to go to the dealership on short notice and I don't exactly live close to South County anymore. I was very stretched for time and had a lot of personal stressors going on. I was greeted by Tim McCarthy and he went above and beyond to make my day better. I have been a struggling college student for the past few years and he helped me get a surprise maintenance repair I needed at a cheaper cost with coupons. I also needed something faxed to a company and didn't have a way to do so. He faxed my paperwork for me. It meant so much to me that he would take time out of his day to help me and my day got exceedingly better because of it. I've always loved this dealership but the service department has improved so much and I look forward to my future visits. More

These jerks sold my elderly parents a car that had been in a serious wreck as a NEW car. My parents had it back at the dealership within 30 days with serious alignment problems. They dealership charged the in a serious wreck as a NEW car. My parents had it back at the dealership within 30 days with serious alignment problems. They dealership charged them over $600 in alignments and adjustments over the next several months. My BIL went back with my parents and asked the dealership directly if the car had been in a wreck and they were told NO. Took the car to Dobbs and was told the alignment was so screwed up it could not be fixed. Took it to a different Hyundai dealship that checked the VIN and told us the car had been crashed into a bridge and the entire side had been replaced. Suntrup stuck it back on the lot and sold it as a NEW car without disclosing any prior damage. We have double checked all the paperwork and there is absolutely no mention of damage, repairs or a wreck and my BIL specifically asked and was told 'no'. Suntrup just shrugged when we went back and asked what was going on and said they had no liability and had no intention of refunding the repair money, replacing the car or making any type of amends. Hope they are proud that they ripped off an elderly couple who trusted the Hyundai Corporation. Suntrup is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau due to too many unresolved complaints. More
