I used to train salespeople so working with any car salesman is sometimes a look at what you should not do. Tony took the time to help us find a new Tuscon that helped me. Along the way he never pushed or pressured us. He is the perfect example of how a salesperson should lead the prospect to a decision not take them there. He kept making suggestions and offering ideas until we came upon the perfect choice for me. As a side note after dealing and haggling with a salesperson you are then taken to the finance man who wnats you to buy this or that extra to pad the dealers commissions. Well Travis blew that out, he was an outstanding help with the paper work and could not have been friendlier. Never once pressuring us to take something we didn't need or want. On the whole everyone at Suntrup Hyimdai was extremely friendly and helpful. From the owner Craig, to the sales people, to the service people were all very friendly and helpful.. More

forgotten shopper I was excited to come out and check out the new 2015 hyundai genesis. I first walked in and wasn't greeted and then I stood around for 2 to 3 minutes I was excited to come out and check out the new 2015 hyundai genesis. I first walked in and wasn't greeted and then I stood around for 2 to 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me even being there. This was very disappointing but, I stayed and waited it out. Then i get greeted by he salesman who did the normal question asking at first but, then became very aggressive about me purchasing a genesis that day and my purpose for being there. We then went on the test drive and there was utter complete silence for the first 7 minutes of the ride, he said very little. Overall my experience was horrible and most likely won't be recommend or returning to this dealer ever again. More

Never had this happen at any other dealer Was told I'd get certain amount for trade-in, but didn't. Got $1500 less than agreed upon. Didn't get an inspection with other documents causing problem with DMV, so I had to go back for that. Told Tommy I had the title for the trade-in with me and he said we'd get to that later. We never did and I completely forgot until I received the renewal card from DMV for tags. The portion of the title needing to be sent to the DMV upon sale of a vehicle has to be sent within 30 days of sale. We are near 90 days and this hasn't been taken care of. I listened to radio commercials that Craig Suntrup did and thought I was going to a good place. I was wrong. Do not believe the commercials. I found my Santa Fe online for one price and the day I went to buy it, they'd raised the price $1000.00. Any way you look at this, I got screwed. More
