We needed an impossible deal because we had little to offer in the way of finances as well! I honestly did not think we would leave with an SUV that day! We needed something big for the size of our family- and he found us the perfect one in our price range and took our old "Retriever" van. :) He did not give up on finding us the perfect fit! He is kind, and works hard on your behalf! I would recommend using the used car manager as a combo with Joey- they were both a delight to work with!
