Dissatisfied Customer On June 2nd, I drove up to your dealership (the day after I made a purchase) beside myself with stress and anxiety due to finding out that my hours at On June 2nd, I drove up to your dealership (the day after I made a purchase) beside myself with stress and anxiety due to finding out that my hours at work were going to be cut. The fear of making a giant mistake and not being able to afford the payment was tearing me up so badly that I could not hold back her tears. Tommy Daher offered to help me, and browsed the web for a replacement vehicle. He let me test drive a couple cars. Once I found a replacement vehicle, I asked if he could come down lower on the price. He refused to even try. I again explained that I was losing work hours, but he still did not budge or talk to the manager on duty. Tommy was noticeably becoming frustrated. When I asked about a Memorial Day internet ad for $500.00 off the car he said he couldn't give me that sale because Memorial day was over. I explained the ad ended on June 2nd and it was June 2nd. If he couldn't give me that discount for the ad I explained, they need to take it off the computer. Tommy got so angry that he rudely told me to get in my car I had purchased the night before and to go home. He got up from his desk, said he was through with me, started cussing as he stormed off and said he was going home. This behavior offended me greatly and I cannot believe a man in a customer service position would treat someone this way. If he truly understands what it means to be in a customer service position, he would not treat anyone this way no matter how impatient he becomes. I walked out of your store and didn't see Tommy after that. I plan on never see him again. I am sure that is not how you envision your salesmen being remembered by your customers. Tommy Daher is the only reason I will never buy another car from your dealership. I will tell everyone I see about how dissatisfied I am with him and how disrespectful he was that day. I will also be reporting this experience to the BBB and who ever else that will listen. If customer service is important to your company, I highly recommend your company having a discussion with Mr. Daher. If not, he will probably lose his cool with another customer. More
