She (Marcia) asked if we wanted to take a test drive in the new Mustang we were looking at. We said no, we were just browsing and thank you. Well instead of the pressure you could expect from a car salesperson, Marcia politely said; if you need anything here is my card, just give me a holler. NO PRESSURE? WOW! This time I was pleasantly surprised. I'm almost ready to purchase my next vehicle and when I was approached at sunshine ford, I was ready for the usual pressuring sales person. That was not the case here. Steve bates "the Fonz" answered all my questions and wasn't pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with me and made me feel so comfortable.
