Small dent in the top of the driver's side fender (same place as the transmission fluid). **Updated 12/20/2018. Still have receive no tangible feedback about the issues in my original review. Received a message that the snow received in this area has everything delayed. Forwarded that reply to the owner yesterday. Nothing received as of today.** More

They didn't have the part in stock but we were able to determine that the car was safe to drive so that I could make it home in time for my anniversary. They were professional and easy to deal with. They certainly earned my respect and I would recommend them. More
Poor service from Sunshine Chevrolet I was very disappointed in the service I received. I asked to have the brakes checked and was told that the front rotors needed to be turned (if they I was very disappointed in the service I received. I asked to have the brakes checked and was told that the front rotors needed to be turned (if they were able to) and they couldn't check the rear brakes because the drums were rusted on (there must be a way to fix that) but was not offered. In my opinion that is wrong, because that is a safety item and needs to be taken care of. So I went to an outside source to have the problem fixed. From now on I will never come to Sunshine Chevrolet to have anything done on my HHR again. I will seek repairs else where. More

After leaving our vehicle with the service team, the issue was found but would not be able to be repaired until Monday. Sunshine made all of the arrangements to not only have our repairs completed on Monday, but also helped us secure transportation so I could get my wife and daughters home safely. My wife returned to pick up our vehicle Monday afternoon and it was ready as promised. There are not enough words of thanks and gratitude that can properly express for the kindness and excellent customer service. More

Jack and his group did not receive our vehicle until after they had closed for the night. By the time we arrived at the dealership around noon the next day the rv had been diagnosed and repaired. We were back on the road for for the one trip that our parents take and look forward to every year. More

Service tech told me before starting the troubleshooting that the 2 error codes I had would have been caused by two components in the breaking system. They did nothing did not replace any parts. Went to another dealership under supervision of GM and the serice manager from sunshine got involved (why was sunshine involved in another dealerships investagation you ask so do I) More

First off they offered me 2k more for my trade than any other dealership and my car was priced extremely well for the mileage and condition of my car. So I had had my car for 4 months and the transmission started acting up. I take it to sunshine Chevy and luckily it was an issue that GM was aware of and was covered under an extended warranty. After having my car back for less than a week we decide to take a beach trip. As we get on the interstate my cars transmission starts slipping and luckily it happens as were passing the exit for Sunshine Chevy. We take it by there and David Pressley checks it out and tells us that we cannot take the car and that he has a rental car available but its a smaller SUV. We try to put our suitcases in the SUV and no go. So I tell David it won't work he says well give me a minute to see what I can do. He comes back and says I think we can get you an equinox but he has to go and get it from another place. About 30 mins go by and he pulls up in a brand new 2016 traverse. This was by far the best service I have ever had ANYWHERE. I will never go to another dealship if I can help it. More
