Truck was towed in but when I spoke with Neil he said they didn’t know it was there, then couldn’t find the key. I called him when the problem first happened and he put me in touch w roadside assistance yet knew nothing about my truck being there? Neil’s explanation of issue was brief and no repair was actually completed other than resetting computer. Truck went in to limp mode for no clear reason. Courtney has done the most to improve our experience and I look forward to working with her. More

Lack of Clear Communication To sum it up, my car had an issue going on. I was told one thing and according to the shop person, he said another. I can only say that obviously it was not explained very well as when I received my bill, I was shocked at all the things on there that I did not expect. The shop person did say I would need 2 of the 5 items on the invoice, but the other 3 were never mentioned and amounted to approximately $500. Very disappointed. More

It has always been top notch until early last year I noticed the quality of service started to decline. The service advisors are not as personable as they used to be or genuinely glad to see you. Nobody was rude or condescending just busy on their cell phones. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do a great job but I’ve noticed a lot of the guys who have worked there for years are gone. What’s with the huge turn over? This last visit I brought my Dodge Charger in for an oil change. I realize it’s not a Chevy but I do it because I really don’t trust anybody else in the area quite like I do sunshine. The tech did the oil change and tire rotation and even ran my car through their washer but the windshield washer fluid was not topped off like normal which leads me to believe the depth of service has changed. Do I no longer get those fluids checked while getting my oil changed? Did the price of an oil change go up AND they took away the general fluid inspection? Not sure. I also know, and this may have been an intended joke because I drive a dodge or simply an accident, but the tech farted in my car before he got out. It was so bad that he himself rolled down the driver side window. As I got in I thought, “that’s odd. Car just got out of the wash and the window is down”. Then it hit me like that Seinfeld episode. You know the one with the smell that wouldn’t leave the car. “The Beast”. Jokes on me but I’m $60.00 poorer, lacking windshield wiper fluid, and left wondering what the xxxx that tech had for lunch. Maybe sunshine Chevy has begun its descent from greatness. When the service manager changed over I gave it time but it seems as though things have flatlined. C’mon Sunshine! Step it back up! More
