Not very honest, My experience was terrible, they informed me the vehicle I got was in good running condition, they had to replace tires, and brakes. It probably needs a lot more work, did not receive paperwork on what all was done when the brakes, and tires were done. I am not sure if the vehicle has had a recent oil change, no sticker, or paper work. More

Overcharged for repairs Misleading about what would be covered and overcharged for items such as changing the wipers on the car. Charged $400+ for parts & labor. Could have gone to a parts store and paid much less. I was at this dealership in November 2018 for a 100K mile service. I told the rep at that time I smelled fumes when driving the car. I brought the car back to the dealership on February 1, 2019 and said I still smelled fumes. The diagnosis was that it was a cracked manifold. Neal, another service rep, called me about this and said the total would be $1175 for the service. I just had a new manifold put on the car in December 2016. I asked why the tech did not find that in November since they had to have smelt the fumes when servicing the car. The answer was that they didn't work on that area of the car which is not a logical response. They should have smelled fumes. I spoke with Courtney, a new rep in the service department, on Monday, February 4th about this and she indicated that I had just missed the warranty period, but she was going to see what she could do. I told her I felt that, if a new manifold was put on the vehicle in December 2016, it should not be cracked again in that short period of time and she agreed. I again asked if anything could have happened to the vehicle when it was in for the 100K mile service to which the answer was no. I took my car in on February 5, 2019 at 8 AM and asked that they call me about the pricing since Courtney was to check on seeing about the manifold being covered under warranty. When I did not hear anything by 12:30 PM, I called to check on this. Neal answered the call and I explained the conversation with Courtney. He said they had already started working on my car. I told him I had asked to be called about the pricing before anything was done. He said, "do you want us to stop work?", and I told him yes and that I want to know about the pricing. I again spoke to the service department around 3:30 PM and asked what the status is. Neal said, "you asked us to stop working on your car". I said yes, but I also asked someone to call me about the pricing and that was 3 hours ago. He said that it was going to be the $1175 and that Courtney had spoke incorrectly about it being covered under warranty. He said the GM warranty is 12 months/12,000 miles. He asked if I wanted to continue with the work and I told him that I have no choice but to continue and I need to get my car that afternoon. He said they could not get it finished and it would be the next morning. I explained to him that I need my car due to work appointments. I also explained to him that I will not use Sunshine Chevrolet again for anything. He said he would check to see if they could do the work. He called me about 15 minutes later and said they would have in ready in about 30 minutes. When I picked up my car, Courtney indicated that the warranty is now 2 years/unlimited mileage which was changed by GM in April 2018. More

Recent service Left the oil cap laying on the drivers side of the engine compartment. We made the appointment for Saturday, January 26 at 9 am. We showed up a little before 9 and were told that the online appointment system does not work and that we were 6th in line for service. We were told 1 person was working today in service. Ok, you can't control employees showing up for work. I get that. We asked about transportation so we could go eat breakfast. We were told no transportation is offered. I asked if we could leave to get breakfast and be called when our slot is available. I was told that if we left we lose our place in line. I'm sorry, but take your online appointment system down if it does not guarantee an appointment and a half day is wasted waiting on service as if we just walked in. More
