I can praise them both for their patience because the questions and demands put on them buy the potential buyer were excessive, compulsive, and ridiculous but they performed their jobs with Professionalism. Simple bearing replacement was not available. Wheel bearings had to be replaced, but this required replacing the whole assembly, instead of just the bearings-, which should have cost under $100.00 Wheel bearings had to be replaced, but this required replacing the whole assembly, instead of just the bearings-, which should have cost under $100.00 but actually cost over $1800.00 --not good design from chevy, and I had a $200.00 credit from previous purchases, that nobody could find--bad record Keeping where paying the customer is concerned. Highway Robbery Went in for an oil change, and brake inspection - was quoted over $400.00 for back pad replacement! Not rotors, or calipers, JUST the installation of Went in for an oil change, and brake inspection - was quoted over $400.00 for back pad replacement! Not rotors, or calipers, JUST the installation of brake pads! Said no, and got them done at another location for $118.00! Who in their right mind would pay that! Needless to say will not be back! More

Saved the day! Started out the day with a dead battery and was hoping the folks at Sunshine could get me in and taken care of that afternoon. Neal was great! Not only did he fix me up in under an hour without an appointment, but he gave me options that were better than the Service Special that I saw on their website. Pathetic! I was told that I couldn’t have a loaner car due to their lack of surveys received- what????? My service plan said that I am entitled to one. Was tol I was told that I couldn’t have a loaner car due to their lack of surveys received- what????? My service plan said that I am entitled to one. Was told that I needed 4 tires- took the car to Firestone what said “no” two will do. They wAnted me to spend another $700 in “routine maintenance “- NO! They don’t even bring your car to you- just hand the keys to you , point to an area and say” it’s out there”. I hate doing business with this dealer- RUN AWAY! More
