There was no follow-up after the service, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. During my last visit, they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, and while he expressed concern about my baby and me waiting if the service took longer than expected, I felt it was inappropriate for him to comment on our situation. The truth is, we only have one vehicle, so waiting is the only option for us. Overall, I found him to be unfriendly, and I have not had any positive experiences with him.
