Ask Neal why I am so Disappointed in my last two (2) service appointments. If he says he doesn't know he is being dishonest! Then some pathetic piece of crap taking a buffer to my new paint job and ruining the shine, sheen, and brightness of the color on my new car. What piece of (xxxx) would do such a thing and what piece of crap would allow some pathetic xxxxx do that to me? I've never had a problem with Neal, ( that I was aware of ), before and am disgusted with him and whoever did this to my new car behind my back. Someone in management needs to get a grip on your employees. At the moment i would "NEVER" recommend sunshine chev. I came to Sunshine Chevrolet to purchase a Bolt EUV based on a colleague's recommendation. I did my initial research online, then put in an inquiry through their website. Natasha followed up the same day, go on a colleague's recommendation. I did my initial research online, then put in an inquiry through their website. Natasha followed up the same day, got answers to my questions and set up a test drive. Blake helped us day-of, got us in a test car and facilitated the order. He kept in touch through the process of the car arriving, had it detailed and charged for our scheduled pick-up, and got the details worked out that had us in and out with the new vehicle within an hour. I really appreciated his calm demeanor, straightforwardness and responsiveness. He helped me setup OnStar and learn the basics of charging before sending us off. He followed up by phone a couple days later to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle and to give us an ETA on the mats we ordered. Overall we were quite pleased! The dealership is well located and spotless with nice amenities for customers. More
