From the salesman to the entire staff we were very pleased in all areas. Our salesman, Caleb, did a phenomenal job of working with us to find the right vehicle for our family, making sure the financing was done correctly, and also following up with us after we bought the car. Our visit at Sunshine Chevrolet was great as well. The dealership is newer and very pretty. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! This was by far one of the easiest car deals we have ever done. We would recommend Sunshine Chevrolet to all of our friends and family whether you are looking to buy a new car or used car. The salesman, Caleb Gudger, has wonderful people skills and had lots of knowledge about our car which made the experience easy as well. Way to go Sunshine Chevrolet! More

takes advantage of young women drivers went to look at a jeep for a friend of mine. First off the big sales pitch was the jeep was owned by a chase Elliot? asked for proof of that denied. t went to look at a jeep for a friend of mine. I then noticed that the rear axle had been worked on. Asked if it was re-geared or repaired. took a while finally told me that the axle had been replaced. They clam that was normal on a jeep? only if you wheel the heck out of it. Still my female friend was insistent that she had to have this jeep. I was against it . asking price is 27000. on a 2011 with 60 k. book is around 22-25. no negations at all really low ball on her trade in. even after i still suggested to go else where she wanted to try. they came down 500 lol i once he realized i wasn't budging on the deal he got rude and claimed the jeep was highly modified? new tires and wheels is not modified. poor attitude since i talked her out of the deal. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the dealership. Gray, was very helpful and informative in providing the information we needed to make the decision to purchase a Malibu. He was also very determined to help us get the financing package we needed, even though he knew our credit was not to good. Dale Newman, finance manager, was also professional and very determined to help us obtain the finance percentage we needed to meet our payment goal. He was successful in getting us a 2% interest rate(mind blowing) considering our credit score. We will be repeat buyers and will recommend to our family and friends who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
Estimated my trade in @ 50% less than every possible vehicle trade in value site on the internet. And when asked he was like a deer in headlights. I know its not the salesman's fault but come on man did vehicle trade in value site on the internet. And when asked he was like a deer in headlights. I know its not the salesman's fault but come on man did u really think I would sell my valued truck of 18-25k for 12k. Seems to me this is how they paid for this new store of theirs ripping people off on their trade in value. Won't be back and the sad part is I was planning on buying two vehicles at one time. Sunshine's loss is the next Chevy dealers gain. More
Classic "bait and switch" They gave me the best price I had seen on a brand new 2014 Silverado. I told them that if they could sell me the truck they had spec'd out for me for that price and includ price I had seen on a brand new 2014 Silverado. I told them that if they could sell me the truck they had spec'd out for me for that price and include running board then we would have a deal. The manager, Ken gave me the print out and we shook on it. Took a few days to come in and I was in a hurry and didn't look over the truck as well as I should have. When I got home the next day and looked it over I realized that not only was there features missing, features that I paid extra for, but it was an entirely different truck. the VIN# was wrong. The all terrain tires that I paid an additional $350, the LED lights in the bed $60 (but cost more to add later) and the Transmission cooler are not on my truck. When I confronted them they acted like they would make these things right and it was an honest mistake. FInally I had an appointment to get these things added in the service department as well as a front wheel alignment. When I picked up the truck the next day I learned the salesman told the service department not to put the transmission cooler on, telling him it was already installed (its not) told me the tires cost way more than the $350 they charged me and they are not going to change the tires and didn't even offer the $350 refund and then said the LED lights are not available. (LIE) First I thought the sales manager Kenneth was dishonest and the salesman Ed was a good guy. After I learned Ed directed the service department to lie I realize he is also dishonest. Bottom line: these people make deals too good to be true and then hope the buyers never catch on that they didn't get what they paid for. Then they lie to get out of that if they get caught. They do not know their product and its one lie after another. DO yourself a favor and pass this dealership by. If the deal seems too good to be true then it probably is and make sure you look that vehicle over for hours before you sign the paperwork. I have given them plenty of time to do the right thing and delayed this review in hopes that it was an honest mistake and holding hope that they are good people. WRONG! Watch out dealing with this bunch! Also, I bought a new Camry for the wife (somewhere else) and went to the same credit union Sunshine hooked me up with. I then learned that they lied telling them I could get the rate somewhere else and they even had a pre approval letter with a lower rate from someone else in their file. Did they falsify that because I certainly didn't apply elsewhere and bring them a letter? More

Josh was very personable yet professional and made my experience, one that we'll make me refer family and friends to their dealership as long as I'm in the area. Knowing that my financial situation would be difficult to work with at best, Josh made me feel like his best customer and treated me with Kit Gloves. His direct knowledge of the used vehicles within my budget along with his open feedback made me feel extremely confident that I did indeed, make the best purchasing decision available.
