Sunset always provides good service for my GTI and Steve the service representative is excellent to work with. I would’ve left five stars if not for the service gentleman that helps me. He tried to charge me for something that they did not do. He tried to charge me for changing my battery with they did not ch gentleman that helps me. He tried to charge me for something that they did not do. He tried to charge me for changing my battery with they did not change. My battery was Brand-new purchased it at Walmart, a month before . I asked to see a manager but instead of going for his manager he just took the charge off my bill. Which was a little suspicious to me. Because of his actions they just lost a loyal customer that has been with them for five years. More
