The entire crew there made sure we were getting something that worked for us, or vehicle and that we would be happy with. When it came time to pick it up, Josh was again great walking us through everything and I can’t say enough nice things about how helpful and knowledgeable Nate was. I would highly recommend them!! If you make an appointment, your RV will sit there for at least 3 weeks before they even pull it in to look at it. All of the Service writers have horrible communication skills and never call you back on time. DO NOT PURCHASE AN RV FROM SUNSET RV OR EVER TAKE YOUR RV TO THERE STATE OF THE ART REPAIR FACILITY. It takes a month for them to be able to winterize your RV. A MONTH BACKLOG FOR WINTERIZING. You have got to be kidding me. More
Update on the Purchase of our Winnebago Adventurer 2004 Well after having to wait almost 2 1/2 months to get delivery of it, we got it home and then three days later had to take it back. Then after a month Well after having to wait almost 2 1/2 months to get delivery of it, we got it home and then three days later had to take it back. Then after a month in the shop we got it back with another problem. So 3 days home then back up to the shop. Everything wrong was suppose to be taken care of during the Pre-delivery which we paid extra for. Anyways so after all that we decided to upgrade our TV's, Danny the tech did outstanding work, by the way. We got it home and everything almost was good. Let me back up alittle first, When we first went up to except delivery I asked if they service the household batteries and was told they only test them, ours has corrosion and dirty. I since went to the store were I purchased the RV and spoke to the Salesman, Mike Baydos, whom told me that is wrong that they should we taken care of that. So I have an appointment setup for next month to d-winterize it and hoping then that they will take care of this problem. I would further like to note that they have since changed service managers at the center and hopefully things will improve. I want to especially note that during our pre-delivery check, Benny the tech whom gave us the walk through the coach was outstanding and took his time with us explaining and showing us about it. The three Service Advisors that we have dealt, Nathan, Deanna, and Jeff were awesome and went above and beyond their jobs. More

The Deal was smooth just waiting on Delievery On Nov 3rd, 2015, The wife and I went to Sunset RV Center in Fife after visiting Baydo's in Fife. We were looking for a larger RV from the 22' Travel On Nov 3rd, 2015, The wife and I went to Sunset RV Center in Fife after visiting Baydo's in Fife. We were looking for a larger RV from the 22' Travel Trailer we had. We met Mike Baydo and told him what we were looking for, which at the time was somewhere in the line of a Mini Winnie, considering our budget. Well he took us out and showed us three different larger recreation vehicles. Then after Mike showed us a hole heck of a lot about them we chose one that ultimately came into our budget. We chose an older Winnebago 2004 Adventurer, very low mileage, clean and has 3 slides. Keith Swider in finance took his time and accomplished getting us a very low rate and kept our budget in mind the whole way, and has since made himself available to us as needed. Mike has made several follow up phone calls since checking to make sure everything is going well and to keep us informed as the vehicle goes through the PDI process, which so far it has. We were told today by the Service Center that the rig should be ready for us on Wednesday, Nov 18, 2015. As of this time I would highly recommend this business and these particular fantastic individuals. Mike and Keith rock! More

Well with a lot of pressure Saleswise) we end up in finance office(about5hrs into being there)and we meet Mark(finance guy) and his dog(laying on his hairy desk,i think he is supposed to be a distraction,)I love dogs but don't think they should be involved in this transaction process.Anywaywith the 5000. for rig check and 5000. for extended warranty, we are over our budget by 10000. so the pressure gets stronger, and in the end and 2000. off bottom we acguised and signed on dotted line. Mark ,the finance guy then (about a week later)sends payoff for our camper to company financing motorhome(hoho)We get rig all set up to live in, as we are in construction and are here to work on lightrail, and discover leaks, under kitchen sink and from shower and black water tanks. We are told by Sunset to use our extended warranty,OK Well we had to take it in to a shop(not theirs)for repairs as couldn't work on it on site.Six weeks later we get it back and problem was disconnected fittings going into tanks.Of course NOT covered by extended warranty as that is considered sealant failure ,which isn't covered.Another 2500. to repair what should have been repaired by Sunset in their inspection process for 5000.. WATCH OUT for these guys they are not honest and once they have the sale they don't know you. More

I am not one who enjoys making large expensive purchases and have reservations about vehicle dealerships. Shopping for our RV puts me into a nervous breakdown tailspin, however, if we were going to find what we needed, it was a necessity we had to deal with. We took our time, shopped at a variety of different places, learned a lot about what we wanted and what we needed and what was available within our price range. We were not a big hurry for this purchase, but knew what we wanted when saw it. We initially met salesperson, Kristen at the Fife dealership, and after looking around at that site, she recommended we look at an RV at the Bonney Lake site. We went out the same day and chose a different one than she recommended that best fit our requirements. It was slightly out of our price range, but they were amenable to dealing with our needs. Overall, I feel we received a decent deal for the $ we paid and our walkthrough at the Buckley site was informative, however, if someone isn't overly familiar with RV ownership, I highly recommend video taping the walkthrough; we did. They delivered our RV to our site in a timely manner. The first few days, we discovered a few things we didn't about our RV of course, I still can't figure out why our fantastic fan won't work. The vent opens but fan doesn't spin. We may have give them a call on that. And yes, we DO have a galley tank. It took awhile to find it. Despite my reservations on dealerships in general, I found Sunset RV to be a positive experience. More
