i posted this review on yelp but they seam to not want to post it so people can see how lame this place is. i will be posting it on a few places lust to get it out this place is a joke. i took my car in f post it so people can see how lame this place is. i will be posting it on a few places lust to get it out this place is a joke. i took my car in for service when talking to the service writer "ray" i think was his name this guy has to be one of the rudest people ive talked to in a long time. he talks to you like you're an absolute moron. then while waiting even some of the phone calls he was on sounded like i would probably hang up on the guy. when he was finishing up the paper work for my car i seen that there were a few things on the inspection that the mechanic did on my car that had notes on the bottom about my car. my car has 46000 miles on it i want to take care of it but he said nothing. next time i was due for an oil change i took it somewhere else they found my transmission fluid dark and should be changed same with my brake fluid and i was advised at the other place that brake fluid needs to be changed every few years and transmission fluid should be be changed about every 30000 miles and had never been changed in my car. i would like my car to last for years and would like to know when i need things replaced i will not be returning here. More
I bought a brand new 2010 Mazda6 from this dealership. I had the tire inflation warning light come on in my car a week after purchase and thought nothing of it and aired it up. A week past and it came on a had the tire inflation warning light come on in my car a week after purchase and thought nothing of it and aired it up. A week past and it came on again so I took it to the closest dealership to home (South tacoma Mazda) and had them look at it. They found no problem so I left. Another week went by and on come's the warning light again. I took it back in and was informed to go to a authorized service dealer of the tire makers. I did and found out I had a small hole on the inside sidwall of the tire. I was informed this was not covered by the warenty and upon calling the dealer they told me I had waited to long and that this was somehow my fault and they were not responsible. In the end the fix cast me 200 plus to fix the tire on a car less than a month old!!! Don't buy from Auburn Valley, drive to South Tacoma Mazda where they treat you right...I wish I would have know this before I bought my new car. I do love my Mazda6, just Auburn Vally Mazda sucks! More
Knew what I wanted, submitted a request for a quote through the Mazda site, got a call indicating they had a car that met my request, called me at 2:00PM and set up an appointment to view trade. Numero through the Mazda site, got a call indicating they had a car that met my request, called me at 2:00PM and set up an appointment to view trade. Numerous dealers had responded to quote request and were just a hundred or two apart. I showed up and was informed that the car I was quoted on was sold that morning. (Why the call at 2:00pm to come in). I was then directed to other cars that did not come close to my requirements. The dealer then indicated that they could trade for any car out there and they showed me a couple of cars but not ones with the options I had requested. After being there about 45 minutes I still did not have a value that they would give me on my car. the whole reason for coming down there. After saying I was not interested any longer the sales rep had the guts to look around then ask me to step outside so the other customers did not hear the fantastic deal he could offer me. I was informed that just for me that the dealer could go $300 under invoice and was shown a price but the trade-in was $2,500 under from where I just came from and who had a car that fit my needs at the same price. I went back and purchase the car from the first dealer who gave me fantastic customer service. This dealership and the lots they represent in the Auburn Valley not only lost a sale that night but my business for ever. I was treated like a fool and that just shows you what type of people you are dealing with. More
