Made an appointment to specifically address the service engine light on my Lancer. Told them I recently received an oil change; was charged $90 for another oil change and told they couldn’t reset the engin engine light on my Lancer. Told them I recently received an oil change; was charged $90 for another oil change and told they couldn’t reset the engine light. They told me that I would have to make an appointment to get my vehicle inspected to address the check engine light; which was the whole purpose of my appointment (I get my oil changed elsewhere). Extremely disappointed that my original service appointment did not address my issue and is being drawn out to a second appointment, costing extra money. Great customer service at the front desk but extremely dissatisfied with their service it feels like my time was wasted. More

i went into the service shop for a water pump and timing belt replacement i have no issue with the work they did what i have an issue with is an employee tech 164 cut the cv axle boot next the work they did belt replacement i have no issue with the work they did what i have an issue with is an employee tech 164 cut the cv axle boot next the work they did on the car it was a clean cut as if with a knife i have contacted them and they denied it as expected but that is something that will cost you money to fix or worse case hurt you and or your family More
