First off, they charge a 1% additional fee on your service bill if you pay by credit card - and then they try to tell you you'll get more than that back from your rewards program. Wow. Second, the repair bill on my car as about $200 more than quote on the phone. I asked the cashier - she said it was probably tax, didn't even look at the bill. The sales tax was far lower than that. Finally, the cashier leaves by 5pm so if you're not there by then to pay, you don't get your car. Not a good experience, I won't be buying my next car from them. Also, don't expect fast service - took 2 days for tire and recalls. More

Truly pathetic customer service. Our complaint: 2021 Telluride with windshield wipers that park mid wipe right in your field of vision when raining. Also, rehang rear view mirror that fell off the windshield, Also, please update the Nav system. Their response: Go to KIA.com and update the Nav system yourself. Hint... KIA.com says go to the dealer for this warranty service. Re: mirror that fell off, they initially said it's the source of the wiper problem. They rehung it but it didn't fix the wiper problem. Then they said the problem was related to the auto rain detect function, which we didn't have on our trim level. Then they said it's either the switch or the motor, they didn't know which, but they couldn't fix it. Then they apologized for using up all our WW wiper fluid while trying to troubleshoot, but didn't refill it. We sat in their minimalist waiting room for 3 hours. Then the slimy writer (Michael, with 10 years experience at Infinity) gave us numbers to friends of his that could fix the problems for a fee Our mistake was telling them we are just in town temporarily and need service now. They just wanted us out. After leaving we discovered a new crease/scratch in the front passenger door No wonder there was no product in their showroom. This dealership is soon to be killed in action. More
