One and a half day service turns into six days I had an appointment for a one and a half day service (with no loaner). Brought my car in on Wednesday, expecting to pick it up Friday afternoon. Wh I had an appointment for a one and a half day service (with no loaner). Brought my car in on Wednesday, expecting to pick it up Friday afternoon. When I called Friday to find out if it was ready, was informed 2 techs were out for a funeral and it wouldn't be ready until Monday. The service center is open every day except Sunday. Monday I called and was told it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I have to wonder if anyone worked on it Thurs, Fri, or Saturday. Very unhappy. No one even bothered to call to inform me the car wouldn't be ready when it was promised. More
