Jennifer went above and beyond to give great customer service to a frustrated customer (me), whose been dealing with intermittent issues with my 2017 Optima hybrid (check engine/vibration that service te service to a frustrated customer (me), whose been dealing with intermittent issues with my 2017 Optima hybrid (check engine/vibration that service techs are still unable to isolate/address/fix). This is no fault of her own, however, as Jennifer was able to verify that my touch screen unit, which is no longer touch interactive, will be replaced at no cost with my extended warranty. My thanks to Jennifer who went the extra mile, and who put up with me in my frustrated state! Jennifer gets 5 stars, but since the intermittent issues with my Optima hybrid seem impossible to solve, I would rate the quality of work on the car itself, only 2 stars. More

Good dealership, but our service experience was less than average. Took the car in for accessories to be installed. The sales department and the salesman were very helpful and we had a great experience with them. The Finance Department was really not very helpful after rewriting a sale for a vehicle that was never deli and we had a great experience with them. The Finance Department was really not very helpful after rewriting a sale for a vehicle that was never delivered in getting the original vehicle and KMF to cancel the contract and activate the new one. They made a nightmare out of a situation by using the wrong sales date and were not very helpful in resolving it. I found myself doing their job with KMF and it took constant contact by me for 2 months to resolve the issue. So far the Service Department has been great. More
