Dean was a great help both over the phone and when I was at the office. Steve was a great help, too - very friendly! One thing however was with regards to the service. 15000 miles service on my Kia Forte. They charged me 180 dollars to replace the air filter and to rotate the tires. I usually don’t pay the change oil service as I bought the car there in 2019. My car was still dirty. They even didn’t vacuum the front car floor mats as promised. I called the customer service twice, nobody called me back. Definitely not a good experience. More

Even with an appointment the oil changes take 60-90 minutes. Kendall was nice and helpful, though, and respectful of my time. Car wash did not work very well.
