Had an airbag light trigger on my Mitsubishi Outlander Had an airbag light trigger on my Mitsubishi Outlander that is still under warranty. I made an appt to drop it off before 9am on Tuesday morning Had an airbag light trigger on my Mitsubishi Outlander that is still under warranty. I made an appt to drop it off before 9am on Tuesday morning and I did as stated. I advised them I would be leaving the car and not waiting to ensure they were not rushed and to call back when their was a status on the fix. I received a call later advising me their tech who is the only one certified to work on my car was working on another vehicle and might not be able to work on my car until the following day. I received NO status calls all day Tuesday. Mind you I live over 1 hour away from the dealership and need to make alternate plans when down to 1 vehicle in the family. I hadn’t heard anything back Wednesday morning so I called to check the status of the vehicle around 10am. I was told I would get a call back. One hour later still NO call back. I called again and was told I would get a call back. One hour later and still NO call back until I request requested a manager. I finally received a call after 1pm from the service center. I was told a plug had come undone and it triggered the light and my total would be $90. First, I have never had a plug come undone on any other vehicle I have owned. I was told moving the seat back and forth can wiggle it loose. Don’t these plugs have clips to prevent such easy unplugging. Second, WHY did I have to wait over 24 hours for them to solve a simple fix. More

Polite,helpful,knowledgeable,professional and the only misubushi service center with in an hours drive of my home. Staff was very helpful in answering further questions about future upgrades to my vehicle misubushi service center with in an hours drive of my home. Fog lights almost 800 between kit and installation, that's a bit much. More
