Maybe I came into the Service Department at the wrong time but I was not impressed with the overall interaction with your staff. Lacked customer service. Did not greet/ not cordial or friendly. The engine had an idle issue which was difficult to diagnose. A mechanics at Sunset had experienced the idle issue before and recommended an aftermarket throttle body plate. The plate was used to bl diagnose. A mechanics at Sunset had experienced the idle issue before and recommended an aftermarket throttle body plate. The plate was used to block-off the cold high-speed idle air passage in throttle body, which no longer worked properly. Once the aftermarket plate was received the mechanic installed the unit, which fixed the idle issue. The mechanic also pressure tested the intake system to find a leak in an o-ring on the turbo. It was changed out and fixed the problem as well. I am thankful for the expertise of the mechanic for knowing what to do to fix both issues. More
