I talked to Elise Kephart via email and explained to her that purchasing a van via email was the best option for me. After I drove the car away I found that Logan had misrepresented one of the accessories that I wanted. I notified them that I didn't want the item, but they shipped it anyway 4 days later. Despite 12 attempts to rectify the situation I was forced to resort to threats just to get them to respond. They promised that they would credit me for the mistake, but it's been over a week and still nothing. Expect to be ignored after the sale. Not recommended! More

He told me he could get exactly what I was asking for at a certain price. Today, I called him again and he confirmed his previous info so I went in to make the deal. When I go there, after wasting about an hour of my time, the car I wanted mysteriously wasn't available. Needless to say, other more expensive options were available. Whether this was incompetence or deliberate deception on Sunset's part, I wasted a good part of my day today and have to continue my search for a new car. More
This place is terrible. I hope to discourage anyone from taking their car here for service as I had several bad experiences. For one, their rates are astronomical. One regular servicing with oil change and little else was over $400. Another time they quoted me a price that was $100 less than what they charged me, without contacting me about the change. They wouldn't back down when I protested. They installed a timing belt incorrectly so I had to return the next day and have them do it right. I once got a quote of over $200 to replace the buckle of the middle rear seat belt of my Civic. Believe me, I would have gotten it in eBay if it had been available, but it wasn't so Sunset Honda knows they can gouge us! And finally, upon leaving one time the lady at the counter asked me to review them positively when I received an email from them. You've got to be kidding! The positive reviews here sound fake and I hope no one is swayed by them. My experiences at Sunset Honda service have been overwhelmingly bad. Why did I take my car here? Well, I'd had some bad experiences at another garage and thought I'd pay a little more and get the best service for my car. They charge ridiculous rates, are incompetent, and have lousy service. Crooks. Avoid at all costs. More

I was in the market for a new car and went with a friend of mine who was buying. I did find a car that I was interested in and when I tried to negotiate the price with Internet price matches and email print of mine who was buying. I did find a car that I was interested in and when I tried to negotiate the price with Internet price matches and email print outs my integrity was questioned. I did end up purchasing a new car(not Honda) for 500 under sticker out the door with zero down and 0 percent financing. I also did NOT buy local and saved almost 3500 on a new car. I would have loved to buy that car but they did not want to deal and as of Sat 2/26 the car was still there.They did not want to deal.Do your homework.I negotiated my deal by phone for my car that I did buy and spent less than an hour at the dealership but traveled.I told them I would be posting my experience online. My friend who bought her car..... They already messed up on her payments....,Shame on you....Once someone questions my integrity, I won't deal with them. Also most places will not do a purchase contract but a written estimate. This place was not worth the headaches and the games. More
Recently, we purchased a Pre-owned 2009 Nissan Maxima. Our Sales Person was Elise. Elise was patient, knew the absolute ins and outs of the vehicle and made a potentially stressful experience a non issue. Our Sales Person was Elise. The dealership was clean (sales floor) and the mechanic department seemed in good order and also immaculate which shows a lot about how the employees care about what they do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend buying a vehicle from these people.? More
