Do not go to this dealer!!! I bought a Suzuki there back in 2006. 3 months later a Valvoline guy told me I had a leaky valve. It started smoking soon after. I took it to the dealer since I had a "fully transferable" warranty. It took them over a year and 3 visits to even see I had a problem. They couldn't see the smoke? By that time it was past the lemon clause. I had to take it to another dealer to get the denial from Suzuki that it wasn't covered under warranty because the previous owner didn't maintain it. Not only did this dealership sell me a lemon but they refused to deal with any issues. Along with this issue, I went in to get my check engine light reset because I lost the gas cap. I had replaced it but the light was still on. $75 later they said they reset it but it was going to come back on since it was an after market cap and I needed to buy a $25 one from them. I told them just to reset it and I was not going to buy a cap from them. I got in the car and the light was still on. We bought our own code reader and reset it ourselves and it never came back on. This dealer refused to refund the $75 for what they didn't do. Asked for a manager twice with no return call. The girl at the shop counter was nothing but rude to me everytime I went in. BEWARE!!! More
My WRX has been there for over a month and a half for a transmission rebuild. It was originally supposed to take a week and a half, and when they wwere supposed to be done I called and they said they neede transmission rebuild. This was apparently supposed to take another week and a half, and when is was time for me to go get it, they told me they still hadn't ordered the parts. They finally got the parts and rebuilt it and once again, it was delayed because they didn't have the shims to mount the tranny. For the entire time my car has been there they have never called me once. I have always had to call them and I have always gotten bad news. This is THE WORST service center I have ever dealt with. DO NOT PATRONIZE WEBSTER GROVES SUBARU!!! More
my car was in there for two months being fixed and when it was returned the check engine light AND the maint req. light was on. I brought it back and it was in the shop for another 2 weeks.
