Unnecessary tire rotation $19.99 I brought in my 2016 outback for an oil change and tire rotation. After the services were completed I was told my tired were in bad shape and needed I brought in my 2016 outback for an oil change and tire rotation. After the services were completed I was told my tired were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. The service department then tried to sell me new tires. Why was I not informed that I needed new tires before the tire rotation was done. Obviously a tire rotation was not going to extend the life of my worn out tires. I agree that I definitely needed new tires and I purchased them elsewhere. I called the service manager and asked for a refund of the $19.99 charge for the rotation. He offered me a credit for my next service visit. I should just give him a call at my next visit. Obviously I don't plan on returning to Webster Groves Subaru. I expect better from Subaru and a Subaru service department. More

The sale and finance process were quick and unbelievably easy. Joe Recker and the Service Team deserve commendation. It is clearly important to Joe that I am completely satisfied with the work that is done and that my questions are answered. I really appreciate Sam Nehme’s attention to detail and the Express Service for routine maintenance items. Patty Muehleisen always greets me with her warm smile and upbeat personality, which makes me feel welcome and valuable. Another friendly face is Raymond Johnson who never fails to acknowledge me and always stops to say Hi when he sees me. I chose the best dealership. One of the worst dealership 's ever! Just came in for my 4th oil change on my Subaru. They moved my bags around and moved the back of my passenger seat all the way back onto my daughter's Just came in for my 4th oil change on my Subaru. Bad Service I recently took my 2009 Subaru Forrester to Webster Groves Subaru to have the clutch replaced. The cost was almost $1400. I had to return the car wi I recently took my 2009 Subaru Forrester to Webster Groves Subaru to have the clutch replaced. The cost was almost $1400. I had to return the car within two days because of a profound clunking noise when downshifting or going into reverse. The service department claimed that they needed to "re-torque" some of the bolts. For me this certainly begs the question of whether or not the bolts had been tightened at all – who has ever heard of transmission bolts loosening in less than 50 miles? It makes me wonder what would have happened if I would have kept driving – how much danger was I really in? Could permanent damage has been done to my car? The dealership did not apologize for their lack of competency nor was a loaner car offered during the rework.t. Unike other dealerships this dealership does not even wash your car when it comes in for service. I am a huge fan of Subarus and have had several; all of which been wonderful cars. I will however never subject my precious Subaru to the level of service provided at Webster Groves Subaru. More
