Very disappointing I went in to have a remote start and siriusxm receiver put in. The starter was put in as requested, but the receiver was not, even though I was charg I went in to have a remote start and siriusxm receiver put in. The starter was put in as requested, but the receiver was not, even though I was charged for the install. I was even told the modular number was in the center console. When I got home the receiver was still in my seat. After I called they told me they had to order it. I reminded them that it was in my seat, they said the tech did not understand that and to come back and they would reimburse the install price. When I returned they told mine would not fit and I needed to order their $400 part. I was very disappointed in that they were not honest. And I have to figure out how to install a satellite receiver on my car. More

Customer since 2005. Have had this 2017 Outback for 18 months. Went in for six month oil change & tire rotation. Wanting my tires to last I asked for an alignment since t Have had this 2017 Outback for 18 months. Went in for six month oil change & tire rotation. Wanting my tires to last I asked for an alignment since there was no history of an alignment being done by previous owner and I would be putting close to 1800 miles on the car the following week and another 4000+ the first three months of 2019. Turned out front end was fine but the back end needed some adjusting. Nice to have peace of mind. More

Two days later, my low tire air warning light came on. All 4 tires were 25 lbs and under. In essence, my tires had not even been looked at! Not cool, guys. Honestly, I am not even sure if the other things i brought my car in for were addressed/checked/changed. I'd love to trust that my car will be taken care of when i bring it on for regular checkups. More
Uninterested, unhelpful staff and incorrect estimates I had a flat tire on my one year old Forester that could not be patched. I called Webster Groves Subaru to check on pricing to replace the tire. This was lower than the quote from my local shop, so I decided to go in and have them do it. When I dropped off my car, I asked about the final price and told them I was quoted $200. They said that sounds about right, and possibly a bit lower for that tire. He also quoted me just $10 for the labor. An hour later, I get a call telling me that the price of the tire is actually higher than they expected. Then when I pick up my car, my total bill is over $280. Both the price of the tire AND the service were higher. I was obviously annoyed, as I would’ve paid less at the other shop, but I needed to get back to work so didn’t have time to argue. I just cannot comprehend HOW this shop is unable to give an accurate estimate for both parts and service. They KNEW which tire they were ordering and installing. My sense was that the staff there are uninterested and too lazy to check. Every time I’ve called to try to schedule service, including in the past, they have been completely unhelpful in scheduling any sort of appointment, telling me to just come in during their regular hours, which by the way are not convenient for people with full time jobs. It honestly feels like they couldn’t care less about keeping my business - so they will not get any more of it. Maybe I’ll try the other Subaru dealer location but I’m done with Webster Groves. More

free mutipoint inspection fella who "took me through" the "experience" was nice enough but because I was given no summary sheet of my vehicle multi point inspection I walked a fella who "took me through" the "experience" was nice enough but because I was given no summary sheet of my vehicle multi point inspection I walked away not knowing what was checked and what wasn't; he came out to the showroom with the two filters to show me they needed replacing and said something about the brake measurements - that they were fine. But in the end I felt like the free service was just to sells filter replacements. sorry More

I finally called approximately 5 min prior to closing time the night before Thanksgiving to check on status. After a short time on hold because paperwork could not be located I was told that parts had to be ordered. No offer of a loaner, no explanation for lack of notification. I had to make my own arrangements to pick vehicle up so that I had a car to drive. Just disappointed in how it was handled. Still haven’t heard anything about istatus of parts that were ordered. Cannot provide employee info because I have no paperwork. More
