Pathetic Customer Service I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Webster Groves Subaru on the 30th of December 2019. Within a month of driving the left axle of the car was making I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Webster Groves Subaru on the 30th of December 2019. Within a month of driving the left axle of the car was making a horrible noise, which I reported to the dealership. This inquiry was horribly treated and was outright shunned by the management claiming that the axle wasn't touching the oil and hence its not their responsibility- BS! The axle is leaking the oil-how's it not a defect! The management's attitude was pathetic and it was a painful experience to talk to them. A horrible customer service awaits anyone who purchases a car from here. Not recommending it to anyone! More

Quick service for an unexpected need My car suddenly developed a terrible sound one morning. I asked AAA to tow me to Webster Groves Subaru, where I had just gotten some work done the day My car suddenly developed a terrible sound one morning. I asked AAA to tow me to Webster Groves Subaru, where I had just gotten some work done the day before, even though I knew the sound wasn't related to the work they had done. They squeezed me in despite having a full day of appointments, and the shuttle service took me to work without my having to wait at all. The service guys determined that a rock had gotten somewhere it didn't belong. (I can't remember where they said it was lodged.) They removed the rock for me free of charge. The shuttle picked me up from work and brought me back to the dealership, and I was on my way. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. More
