Disappointed Scheduled a visit to test drive a used vehicle advertised online. Upon arrival was assigned a salesperson. Car was brought to the entrance for us. Car Scheduled a visit to test drive a used vehicle advertised online. Upon arrival was assigned a salesperson. Car was brought to the entrance for us. Car was filthy. Back seats were down. Rear area full of wood chips. A pair of tennis shoes lay on the floor. Muddy carpet, coffee spills on the council, and strong odor of spilled beer. Vehicle had an additional 1500 miles driven from posting online. Car drove well, deal was fair, could not get over the condition it was presented in. More

All of the employees demonstrated exceptional customer care and continually checked on us while we were waiting for our sales rep. We didn't have an appointment and he was already waiting on someone else when we arrived. We are repeat customers with the same rep, too! More
looking for Subaru Forester Stephanie talked to us on the phone and met us at the dealership and answered all our questions and I had lots of questions. This is the kind of help Stephanie talked to us on the phone and met us at the dealership and answered all our questions and I had lots of questions. This is the kind of help I was looking for that you don't always get. It was a good experience and to me that is hard to find at a dealership now days. Thanks to Stephanie. More

The dealership did not have the exact car I wanted, Raymond not only found one, he drove to Memphis and picked it up himself. Smooth, no hassle transaction from start to finish. Went over every detail of the car and functions before I left the dealership with several follow up calls. More
Great Experience! This is our ninth new car purchase and is by far the best experience we have had in a new car purchase. We are totally in love with our 2018 Crosstre This is our ninth new car purchase and is by far the best experience we have had in a new car purchase. We are totally in love with our 2018 Crosstrek and have every intention of this being our "forever" car, but if it turns out that we purchase another new car for whatever reason, I can say with all certainty, that it will be a Subaru and will be purchased at Webster Groves Subaru. Since our purchase three weeks ago, we had had numerous compliments on both the car and the color of the car. Just a few days ago and man approached me as I was getting into the car and asked if he could take a look at it. He said he had worked his whole life at Chrysler and had never seen such a good looking car. My 84 year old father is head over heels in love with the car and is desperately trying to talk my mother into trading their two Toyotas in for a Crosstrek. In just a few days I will be 60 years old and I have seriously never been more excited to get into a car and drive. It's just fun. Thanks Subaru! More
One of the worst dealership 's ever! Just came in for my 4th oil change on my Subaru. They moved my bags around and moved the back of my passenger seat all the way back onto my daughter's car seat so as I came out to my car to leave the dealership my daughter couldn't get into her seat. Not kid friendly. Not friendly at all! More
Ripped off at service Brought my legacy in for airbag recall. When I picked it up, monitor and navigation system not working. Worked fine for previous 8 years that I owned Brought my legacy in for airbag recall. When I picked it up, monitor and navigation system not working. Worked fine for previous 8 years that I owned the car. They won't take responsibility for whatever they did to it. Stay clear of this sham operation! I can see why they only got a 2 star rating. Wish I would have checked out the reviews before I went there. More

I had to return the car within two days because of a profound clunking noise when downshifting or going into reverse. The service department claimed that they needed to "re-torque" some of the bolts. For me this certainly begs the question of whether or not the bolts had been tightened at all – who has ever heard of transmission bolts loosening in less than 50 miles? It makes me wonder what would have happened if I would have kept driving – how much danger was I really in? Could permanent damage has been done to my car? The dealership did not apologize for their lack of competency nor was a loaner car offered during the rework.t. Unike other dealerships this dealership does not even wash your car when it comes in for service. I am a huge fan of Subarus and have had several; all of which been wonderful cars. I will however never subject my precious Subaru to the level of service provided at Webster Groves Subaru. More
Selling cars does not seem to be a priority here I called early on a Saturday morning before the dealership opened to reserve a specific car to test drive and spoke with Jay Johnson, the sales manage I called early on a Saturday morning before the dealership opened to reserve a specific car to test drive and spoke with Jay Johnson, the sales manager. Knowing the dealer would be busy, I wanted to save time by requesting the car. While he was fine on the phone, Johnson mocked the fact that I had called to request a specific car to drive. They sent me out to test drive two cars by myself, so there was no one there to answer questions. When I wanted to talk about different packages, the salesman (Sam) didn't seem to know much (in his defense, he was supposedly new, but then don't put him on the floor on a busy Saturday) and he had to use a confusing laminated chart to talk about the options. He called Johnson over who impatiently said, "Just ask one of your fiends what kind of package they have." When asked about incentives, Johnson dismissed me, saying that Subarus are so popular, they don't need incentives. I left information on my preferred package type and color and no one followed up with me. I bought the car from a competing dealer 3 days later and had a great experience there. All I can think is that they really don't want to sell cars, perhaps especially to women by themselves. More
