Unnecessary tire rotation $19.99 I brought in my 2016 outback for an oil change and tire rotation. After the services were completed I was told my tired were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. The service department then tried to sell me new tires. Why was I not informed that I needed new tires before the tire rotation was done. Obviously a tire rotation was not going to extend the life of my worn out tires. I agree that I definitely needed new tires and I purchased them elsewhere. I called the service manager and asked for a refund of the $19.99 charge for the rotation. He offered me a credit for my next service visit. I should just give him a call at my next visit. Obviously I don't plan on returning to Webster Groves Subaru. I expect better from Subaru and a Subaru service department. More

Internet manager is annoying and somewhat rude I came here because Webster Groves participates with Costco and True Car for pricing. The internet manager when I met her had a lukewarm reception at best when met with her, I honestly believe it is because we are of not the same race. But she is incessant with the emails and texts to come in. I told her I had scheduling issues because I have a baby and she was insensitive about the fact that I could not make HER schedule. The pricing I got via Costco/True Car was really no better than the normal process. The dealership compared to the others in town is sad looking and when I tried to talk to some of the other employees they were not that friendly either. Perhaps I was not the race they wanted to sell to. The salesman Stephanie dumped me on named Andy was nice. More
Good car buying experience I was looking on line for a new Subaru Ascent. I found Stephanie Stinebaker at Webster Groves, MO. She is a terrific on line saleslady. She answered I was looking on line for a new Subaru Ascent. I found Stephanie Stinebaker at Webster Groves, MO. She is a terrific on line saleslady. She answered all questions promptly and talked me into traveling 3 1/2 hours to visit their dealership. Once there, she turned us over to Jason Blechle who was well informed about the Ascent. Jason is young and uses bits of humor in his approach. I was surprised and thrilled when Stephanie’s on line “example price” (below MSRP) was indeed the offer made in person. This was not our first rodeo so we approached with caution. Deal made. Car sold. Content customers. Donald Barker, the business manager, was pleasant and respectful as well. I had read several reviews about this business, most of which were bad, but decided to give it a try anyway. I’m glad I did! Jason did a thorough job of showing us how everything worked in the vehicle, introduced us to many employees in the service dept., and bid us farewell with a full tank of gas. More

I never had the "just a woman" feeling with any step of buying a vehicle from this dealership. I was treated how any customer should be, valued. There was no haggling for the trade in value of my truck or the price of the vehicle, just honesty and straight numbers on the paper. This was the best customer service I have ever had and it will not be my last. They will have my business due to their excellent service. More
Bait and Switch I found a 2018 Outback online with the trim level and color combination that I wanted. I corresponded with the internet sales person, Stephanie Stinebaker, several times regarding this vehicle. We made an appointment to see that vehicle. She said that she would have it waiting at the front door for me to drive. Her e-mail said that she understood my time was valuable and what was my phone number in case she needed to change the appointment or if the car sold in the next 2 days. I gave it to her. I arrived at the appointed time, found Stephanie and she turned us over to a salesman, Sean. He came out after several minutes, and told us that vehicle was not at that dealership, but at their Nashville dealership, but he thought it was gone. After checking again??? he returned and told us that the vehicle I took off work, and made an appointment to see wasn't available, but how about a 2019? Of course the end of the model year and 0% financing wouldn't be available on a 2019. He apologized for the mix-up and told me that he or the sales manager would call me before the end of the day and I never heard from either of them. Upon leaving, I approached Stephanie who acted like it was no big deal, how about a different color and trim! I believe this was a set-up from the beginning. That car was never available at the Webster Groves Subaru dealership and this was their way of getting customers in the door. Very unethical behavior. Shop somewhere else. More

The sale and finance process were quick and unbelievably easy. Joe Recker and the Service Team deserve commendation. It is clearly important to Joe that I am completely satisfied with the work that is done and that my questions are answered. I really appreciate Sam Nehme’s attention to detail and the Express Service for routine maintenance items. Patty Muehleisen always greets me with her warm smile and upbeat personality, which makes me feel welcome and valuable. Another friendly face is Raymond Johnson who never fails to acknowledge me and always stops to say Hi when he sees me. I chose the best dealership.
